1) Choose the right books for your daily reading,
2) Have a small but positive minded people in your circle
3) Be a early riser, spend more time with nature limit your attachment with technology.
4) Do meditation, workout or atleast walking every day
5) Always schedule your time and fulfill atleast 80% what you planned.
Thanks for these tips Beacon, they are very useful. Sometimes I will get unexpected tasks which will disturb my schedule. Can you please tell me how can I prepare myself for the unexpected tasks and manage my time and schedule properly?
