    It's my pleasure, Yes, there are side effects of lack of sleep, they are:


    1. Fatigue
    2. Moodiness
    3. Depression
    4. Forgetfulness
    5. Difficult to learn new things
    6. Hard to concentrate on things
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
