    How to start a NEW Habit?

    We set new goals to archive but most of it not succeed well. Here are some step by step instruction to successes what you start.

    1. Focus on one new habit
    2. Commit for a minimum of 30 days
    3. Anchor your new habit to an establish habit
    4. Take baby steps
    5. Make a plan for obstacles
    6. Create accountability for your habit
    7. Rewind important milestone
    8. Build a new identity

    Did you lost any habit that you started without succeed it??

    Of course, I have started doing exercises in the morning for so many times. But unfortunately, I was not able to continue it because of the busy life of mine I always frogotten to concentrate on that and continue that work.

    Really I quit doing Gym every time I started, but now successfully following because of my friend. So it's always beter find someone to do exercise with you.

    Thank you very much assassin.. I think it is better to be with a person who is having the same habit. As you mentioned then it will not miss for both of us.

    I didn't find any companion who is interested in morning walk in my surrounding,So I made music as my companion and it's help me to continue my morning walk without any fail.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
