English is the International language so we need to improve our knowledge in English to go with the world. But the native language is something related to our culture and root. When children learn in the native language, it can help them feel more connected to their parents and relatives, those who speak the native language, and it can help them feel as though they have some form of ‘home’. Thinking in your native language can serve as a reminder that you’re culturally diverse and always have a ‘home’ to escape to.

Well Said Adiza English is a international professional language for career development we need to learn English. But our mother tongue or native language is our identity,we shouldn't compromise it for any reason and as you said it gives us a home feel.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
