    shyness OR anxiety people ; how can overcome from it !!

    Shyness is somewhat more common for some people .nevertheless ,make no mistake about it ,there are heaps of shy guys out there & many of them are in fact extremely inhibited.
    There are some effective strategies to overcome shyness and anxiety & gain confidence .
    • Act confidently
    • Engage
    • Try new things,Even if they make you anxious.
    • Talk
    • Make yourself vulnerable . Can you share some effective solution for shyness OR anxiety people ?

    Meditation is of the most effective solution which I can suggest. Most commonly in anxiety what happens is a deactivation in areas of the brain that govern thought. So through meditation, this can be overcome to some amount.
    Try to be Dynamic and Independent

    Being socialize with more people also help overcome shyness and anxiety.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
