There are more than 100 hackathons held in every year. You can see many social medias and notices are full with Hackathon advertisements.

Unfortunately there's no specific websites but sure you can find many places to know this specially readme, ideamart, and the hackathon pages must contain these information. Just spend some more time to search for that.
