Actually the organizers should make sure there will not be any last minute plan changes. They should consider everyone before deciding changes. Or proper notification should be given as earlier as possible to change the plan, so that others couldn't get affected.

Yes it is, I agree with you. When It become an team event everyone are part of it so everyone must get notified about it. They need to verify that all the participents get updated or not to avoid the issues. Do you have any sollution, how to make sure everyone get updated or not??
