Sudden Changes in Plans make you irritating or not?

Yes it is, when we think about any changes it's necessary to ask for the members by default. When sometimes it leads to catastrophic error by multiple solution from others.

I accept your point Assassin, While making changes organizers should ask opinions from each and every members, otherwise it will lead to more conflicts and problems.
