Assign responsibilities for each team member, thus the work can be done on time without any cnflicts
Motivate your team.Each and every team members should be ready to motivate a member when he/she feels stressed or demotivated

Assigning different task and responsibility to every team member will reduce the work load and make them to work in collaboration.
