Question is not about suitability!. The question is why a part of our soceity is still opposing second marriage of a women? People should understand that this is an individual rights of a woman. I think the next generation is changing..

you are correct ,
society still not encourage for widow women remarriage & Remarriage is their individual rights.but remarriage occurs harmful effected on their children's life .
thus ,remarriage is suitable OR No suitable for widow women .
