    What causes quick memory loss?

    Hello Guys!




    It's normal to forget a word, misplace your keys, or have trouble remembering directions once in a while. These kinds of memory slips become more common as you get older.

    Memory loss can happen in any age & for a number of reasons.
    1.Sleep Apnea
    2.Silent Stroke
    3.Medication/nutrition deficiency .
    4. Alcohol ,tobacco ,drug use
    5.depression,Stress
    6.Sleep Deprivation
    7.Head injury.

    Too much stuff and worries in your head can cause this confusion. As we get old, we start forgetting things as per nature. But in young age, forgetfulness may be because of stress.

    certain activities might help.consider simple ways to sharpen your memory -and know when to seek help for memory loss.
    1.Stay mentally active.
    2.Socialize regularly .
    3. Get Organization .
    4.Sleep well
    5.Eat a healthy diet
    6.Include physical activity in your daily routine.
    7. Manage chronic conditions.

    When we getting old forgetting things is natural,But poor memory in young age can caused by stress,lack of concentration and some medical condition as well
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
