Thread: Have you ever felt stressful without no reasons? Why would it happen?

    I've found Chocolates and Coffee to be a good remedies! Try it once... It helps me sometimes...

    Very often! almost every single day I feel this. Whenever I feel sad I Ring my bestie and tell him everyday. In the end I always feel like a new born. Just cry whenever you feel something strange like this that's the only cure.

    Yes I felt that so, recently these days I feel, I just wake up in the moring and sleep at night. That the only thing in my mind and feeling like I didn't do anything but tgere is lot of things to do too. Really I don't know why it is.

    May be you are not challenging yourself enough,Find some new challenges for yourself, Then you feel energetic.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Cry could work.But sometimes when we start to cry subconsciously I start thinking of some sad old moments

    Same hre assassin.I feel like I haven't achieved anything or completed anything for the day.But still I was busy and had no leisure time
    May be my mind was stressful and busy!

    It happens with me as well and it's because of our mental and physical stress. Take a day off and relax yourself then get back to your studies or work you will feel fresh to do and complete every task.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
