    Do higher intelligence people have a harder time to fall asleep?

    Hello Friends,

    Due to increased brain activity,people with higher intelligence tend to have a harder time in falling asleep at night.
    I have been wondering is it true or not.


    Can you guys Clarify my Doubt?

    In my point of view , there is nothing related to intelligence in getting good sleep. A person who can't control his thoughts and keep wandering about things can't get sleep. meditation would help to get better sleep.

    I think higher intelligence people ignore sleep, because they like to work.But everybody needs rest for their brain for few hours. They ignore sleep because of their enthusiasm.

    You're right Passion and enthusiasm make people to work tirelessly,May be this is the reason for their overnight works.

    Agree restless mind also the reason for sleepless night, As you said meditation will help to relax our mind.
