We can't replace anything for the valuable time we have wasted.

Not to trust anybody
Not to expect from people
To be the real me, doesn't matter how bad peopole treat us!

Very true, We shouldn't rely on others and shouldn't trust anyone blindly as well. You're right Being our own self is better than acting for others.
