Do you use sleep to be an escaping mechanism?

I too have the habit of using sleep as the tool to make me feel like everything is ok! Whenever I feel stressful or face complicated situations in choosing between things,I get a sleep and when I wake up I feel much better.It really worksthumb;;:)

Yeah sleep help us to calm our mind and make us for get unpleasant memories that's why we feel refresh after sleep.

You are not alone Helena,most of us use sleep as a tools to escape from our stress and problems,because it will help us to calm our mind and think more sensibly.
