    I too have the habit of using sleep as the tool to make me feel like everything is ok! Whenever I feel stressful or face complicated situations in choosing between things,I get a sleep and when I wake up I feel much better.It really works

    You are not alone Helena,most of us use sleep as a tools to escape from our stress and problems,because it will help us to calm our mind and think more sensibly.
