Adult learners can be some of the most difficult to motivate. Unlike elementary age people, they do not respond as well to immediate reinforcers like candy, stickers, or high fives and loud praise. This should be somewhat a difficult thing!

First choose the relevant topic for learning
Join the learning community through social networks
Involve in the group discussion
Try to improve your practical skills
