    Each and every one of us facing stress frequently in our lives. It is a common taboo which has several remedies recommended by psychiatrists to overcome it.
    But there will be a specific trick you would like to do to overcome your stress immediately. For e.g: I eat chocolate ice cream when I feel pressurized. It creates magic in a minute.

    Actually, I am having a sleep by listening to a song. It quickly reduce my stress. Even listning to a song is also sometimes enough.

    Walking while listening my favourite playlist and sleeping are my instant stress relievers.

    True Moana, Natural sight seeing,listening to music,eating sweets,smelling nice and soft fragrance and hand holding or hugging your loved ones help to relieve from our stress.
