Vandalism is an offense that is caused when a person deliberately destroys, alters someone else's property without permission.
It is mostly aimed at public properties such as public transport services, bus stops, parks, road signs etc. It can go to individual level too.


I think the personal attitude and basic social problems are the roots of vandalism.
