    Unhappy What are the hacks to overcome insomnia?

    Hi guys,


    Insomnia is is the inability to sleep at night! This happens mainly due to some psychological issues. This may cause some other problems as a sudden as it's interconnected with our behavior,thoughts,feelings and our physical state.


    What could be the hacks to overcome insomnia? Discuss it below

    Here is a list of Few Sleep hacks that would help in overcoming insomnia .Take a Look.

    Get Eye Mask
    Eat Dinner Early
    Meditation
    No Exercise just Before Sleeping .
    Avoid Spicy Food Before Sleeping .

    Thanks for these tips wondergirl, I never know that spicy food could disturb our sleep. will reduce the amount of spicy in my dinner
