Is curiosity a curse or boon?

Curiosity is the only thing that made mankind to advance this much.
Without curiosity, he wouldn't have even cracked the science of fire. But there's also saying called "Curiosity killed the cat".
Is it too bad to yearn for more knowledge or is it ok to stay fine with what we have?
When we hear about something really interesting
After all, knowledge is power, So what do you think?

I would say curiosity is a boon, Our curiosity makes learn new things which make us wise.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
