Of course, a woman is equal to man, but that doesn't mean men and women are the same. We are different but equal. A woman is special in her own way and so is a man.

No, it's not possible we can't do everything that a man can do. As you said we both gender have equal rights but we can't do everything equally because we both are different in so many ways.
