Yes it is the ritual or the cultural we are following. Every religion follows a certain culture when it comes on tradition, likewise Hindus are following this.

Why does someone make the decision? Nowadays, women work a LOT harder than in ancient times, and menstruation doesn't stop them. Then why do we follow the century-old saying up until now?
For this I am agree with you,Women should get the freedom to choose whether they want to go to holy places or not,Not only this we have so many century old rules in our society which should be change.

Glad you agree in this. because if women are the ones who get to experience it, then no one else without a uterus has the right to make the decision of not allowing women just because they MIGHT be weak.

Calling it tradition or culture without examining it properly wouldn't make it right. That is my opinion. I don't know how you could sugar coat it with the name tradition. It's the plain hypocrisy of the society.

Couldn't agree more, We only women know whether we are weak or strong, So we should have the right to choose.
