When someone accuses someone who looks so shabby, we just accept it.
If a posh lady accuses a homeless guy of theft, we don't give it a second thought. We don't go for evidence, we don't ask questions, we agree to it.
If a simple modest man accuses a rich guy, then we ask evidence, because we assume that he's not trustworthy.
But when the roles are exchanged, the modest man is already guilty in our eyes.
