In our local social groups we have some set of cultural norms, They are the shared expectations and rules that guide the behavior of people.
It mainly learned and reinforced from parents, elders, and teachers.There are certain horrible cultural norms out there which is accepted by our society.

Another worst norm I have seen is that Men should do repairs at the house and be the one to work and make money while women are expected to take care of the housework and children.
But in future, this is a little bit getting change.

Agree with you Lorraine, but I think in our generation it's changing.Women become more forward than before.
