    How to control your anger?

    Hi dear friends,

    I think the situation is decide peoples mindset Yes, as well as the anger mindset may make some disadvantages. But The philosopher Aristotle certainly thought that anger was good for a person. Whatever the anger mindset could make some long- term physical effects on human body. Here some examples:

    1. High blood pressure
    2. Heard attack
    3. Headache
    4. Digestion problems
    5. Depression

    when we see this statement there are lot of physical problems arise by the anger mindset. so what are the ways to calm down?
    give some tips I'm waiting

    Anger is a negative emotion it's not only hurt others it hurts our own self as well. So we need control our anger. Counting to 10,going for a short walk and drinking water are some the tricks to control anger.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Your point maybe right but if i'll do this sometimes i won't reduce my anger, what can i do?

    When try these things for the first time you will not get the result. with continuous practice you can calm your anger. Do meditation it will help you to calm your anger.
