Most of the people are interesting on eating meat regularly, which increase the consumption of meat. Eating steak chicken, lamb, beef, poke, fish and duck applies to most human daily lives. However both advantage and disadvantage influencing by eating meat. Meat contains a rich variety of nutrients like protein, vitamin B, iron and calories.These are important elements which contribute to a healthy body. On other hand there are more disadvantages obtain from eating meat heart disease is one of good example to this and eating red meat that creates anger behavior. what is your opinion on eating meat and what are the advantages and disadvantages happen by eating meat?
