    How to quite smoking?

    Hi all,

    Mostly younger addicted on smoking. They know smoking causes cancer and there are many disadvantages happening by smoking. Even the cigarette pack also have 65% lager and health warnings. Than why smoking increasing? There are several reasons impacts on smoking.
    • People smoke cigarette because they think it calm them down and relaxes them.
    • Some smokers feel get sick when they stop smoking.
    • Peer pressure
    • To relieve stress.
    • Acceptance in the group
    • To prove their manhood
    • Affected by smoking styles

    So what are the tips can use to Quite smoking?
