    What is something worth practicing a little bit everyday?

    Hello Friends,

    In our childhood we were encouraged to learn new things everyday. But when we entered into adulthood,we adopting daily routines that hardly change. In fact routines will limits our brain's capacity to learn new skills and knowledge.Learning new things is very important for our life success and happiness.


    Can you guys tell me what is something worth practicing or learning a little bit everyday?
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Our sleeping pattern is so bad nowadays. There is no enough exercise for our generation . Not related to learning but These two things can be slowly practiced daily little by little which will help us is in effective learning

    Totally agree with you early sleeping and early wake up help us to be energetic and productive, you're right our current digital lifestyle reduce our physical activities so daily exercise help us to maintain a healthy life style, Do you have any tips to regulate our sleeping cycle?

    Exercise and good sleep routine.... Our generation youngsters are more busy with mobiles and don't have time to exercise or sleep and get up at correct time

    Agree mobile is the main reason for youngsters irregular sleeping cycle,youngsters should limit their mobile usage for a healthy lifestyle.
