Rules don't make a civilization. People make civilization happen. Animal behaviour did not turn into a civilized one in one night. And these rules were made to create a barrier to limit the further actions of the human, which were considered unusual or abnormal regardless the good or bad in them. What is so wrong in being ourselves? Living our life just to be true to our morale?

Rules are created to make us more civilised. In my view we do need rules but the fact is it should be updated eventually to adopt the social and technological changes. But too many rules kill the freedom, certain rules in certain places should be revoked. For example some colleges have too many rules regarding the dressing style and other facts. Some such rules can be avoided.

In a nut shell we should be aware of the impact of not having the rule; if it has too many bad effects then the rules can be there else it should be revoked!
Do what is RIGHT, NOT what is EASY!

Definitely it'll create chaos. Rules are controlling people. You can't expect everybody will get that stability from conscience and morality. Most behaving themselves because of the fear of punishment they'll get after breaking rules.

    Hi here,

Constitution and regulations rules are essential for humanity. These are certainly not going to fall into our abilities. Because control in society is a necessary feature.
that control is derived from legal regulation. Therefore, A community that doesn't have legal plans can not be a good community.
