With no laws or rules to restrict humans, how would we behave?

We complain and complain of rules and regulations in our society and we talk about how they restrict our capability to be more.
How would you think we would behave if those rules and regulations are taken away?
Are these restrictions important or are they limiting our capacity?
Would we be more advanced and improved or would we go towards our downfall?

Rules were designed to satisfy conscience earlier. For example killing another human is a crime because we started thinking from the others point of view. Later some rules were designed by powerful people for their own selfish purposes too.
If every rules were cancelled we human will naturally act as a animals which we were really supposed to. We will kill others in the competition of food (which can be now considered us money) ,. We will have affairs with many girls without the restrictions of legal marriage agreement.
We will capture saftiest residence for living from the richest people without buying it but by killing or chasing them.
This 21st century human will act even more wierd. There will be more road accidents. There will be more deforestation , there will be more pollution , abuses , crimes , and a lot

How can you say we would act as animals? As we evolve, don't you think we would have developed at least "some" kind of civilised mind? As we go wild, wouldn't we ourselves create a barrier for our actions? Can you actually rule that out?

Couldn't agree more, rules and regulations are made to discipline us (human). If there are no rules we would definitely act like animals And in our century people will give their main focus to luxury and pleasurable life. We will do every unethical and criminal thing to satisfy our needs
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

Rules were implemented to establish a fair and disciplined life as civilized people. But it is not necessary to follow the same rules. Rules have to be created, modified or eliminated as time passes by. Any outdated rules will definitely lead to the downfall in long term.
    Let's be the change

What is civilisation? It is made just from mutual needs of humans and conscience plays an important role in devoloping civilisation. So the laws were created from it. If no rule .. no civilisation right? So we will be back to our normal animal behaviour

that is my question. Are we being brainwashed to follow dumb rules and made to believe that we can't function normally outside the rules?

Spot on! But do you think a life without rules would create chaos? Or stability? A stability formed from the conscience and morality.

Rules don't make a civilization. People make civilization happen. Animal behaviour did not turn into a civilized one in one night. And these rules were made to create a barrier to limit the further actions of the human, which were considered unusual or abnormal regardless the good or bad in them. What is so wrong in being ourselves? Living our life just to be true to our morale?

Rules are created to make us more civilised. In my view we do need rules but the fact is it should be updated eventually to adopt the social and technological changes. But too many rules kill the freedom, certain rules in certain places should be revoked. For example some colleges have too many rules regarding the dressing style and other facts. Some such rules can be avoided.

In a nut shell we should be aware of the impact of not having the rule; if it has too many bad effects then the rules can be there else it should be revoked!
Do what is RIGHT, NOT what is EASY!
