Nowadays being kind to someone is being mistaken as flirting I myself have experienced this, especially when it comes to an opposite gender!

Kindness and Flirting have huge difference between them,If someone misunderstood your kindness as flirting ,There may chances that they don't know the difference between the both or your gestures gave them a wrong impression. Find the reason for their misunderstanding and correct them.
