    What are the tricks you follow to make yourself sleep, when you can’t get sleep?

    Hello Friends,

    Sometimes It becomes difficult to get a soundful sleep. The reasons can be illness or stress.
    I would like to know some tips to get a good sleep.


    Can you guys share some tips to get a proper sleep?
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Close your eyes and Count from 100 to 1 in reverse will make you sleep , but really I never try this but mostly I heard like this will lead to sleep. Really I wonder as well how fell a sleep during ill or strees time.

    Thanks for sharing this method Assassin, I will try it and let you know if it's work or not,But I really doubt it.

    I have read in an article that if you can't fall asleep you have to blink your eyes for a minute or more then you'll fall asleep.

    Haha If we read A boring book then definitely we will fall asleep, But interesting stories can make us wide awake.
