    Does too much consume of medicines affect our Healthy and Happy life?

    Hello Friends,

    From the last 8 years I have been consuming too much medicines for my illness which is affecting my life very much. I am becoming more stress and depress day by day , The more I try to fight against it, The more It makes me stress. My illness becoming a major obstacle in my personal and professional success.Now I started to feel like helpless and also beginning to hate myself.Which is not good.More than the illness the amount of medicines I intake daily ,Make me feel like that. I really want to come out of this mindset.


    Can you guys help to come out of this mindset?

    How can I lead a happy life with my illness/medicines?

    It solely affects both the health and happy life, a life running with medicines should be hell. You should try walking in the morning and relax yourself first.

    Yeah Every day I take 20 minutes morning walk, It makes me feel energetic and fresh.
