Can you guys list down the pros and cons of small town life?

Since I come from a small town and was exposed to the world out there few years ago, I can connect with this question.
As for the pros, everyone knows who we are. Every road will have at least one relative of yours. The world in towns is pretty small, and the worries are lesser.

Meanwhile, if we consider cons, then in towns, we won't be having the independence as anyone else in cities, because everything we do will be known to the majority of the town. As in the cities, the number of critics watching our every move is less. And opportunities are too low and the exposure to the world out there is really low in towns.
