If we are learn from it,Why we are fear to make mistakes ?

Because failure means it'll be like us admitting to the world that we are not-so-good at something. The only thing we fear is humiliation and disappointments from others. If we choose to ignore it, we won't be scared to fail at something.

You're right we are more afraid of humiliation and disappointments from others.So we always try to avoid mistakes.As you said we should learn ignore the humiliation, Then only we can improve ourselves.
