Start working out like literally start working out. Push more weights. Concentrate on your physical attire which not only shapes your body but sweeps away your negative thoughts. I have done that in the past which helped me in many ways. Else go for a run. Small investments help you achieve big things in life that starts from your own self.

So basically you suggest me to concentrate more on myself. It's a cool idea, I will try this out, Thank you!

Guys what is your way to getting something out of your mind?
simply I play games, It makes me relaxed, more than that if something strikes my mind and irritating a lot, i like to explore some new places. It's all depends on mind.

I am not much interested in games, But whenever I get irritated with something I use to start reading a new story on wattpad and it automatically shifts my mind from the irritating thing. Agree with you exploring new places make our mind relax and fresh.
