    What motivates you to wake up in the morning?

    Hi Friends,

    Waking up in the morning helps us to lead an energetic day, It gives us a fresh start. If we make it as a habit then we can lead a healthier.
    But not everyone follows this habit. They give more priority to their sleep.

    If you are a morning person what motivates you to wake up in the morning?


    PS: Let's inspire others to wake up in the morning!
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    There are someone people whoo do not need an alarm to wake up in the morning. Their brain itself becomes an alarm, so from my perspective, I think there's nothing special to keep you motivated to wake up in the morning.
    However people who exercise in the mornig tend to wake up in the morning.

    Yeah if we wake up at the same time continuously. Our brain automatically gets used to it so we can wake up without an alarm. I think motivation is important for an early wake-up otherwise everyone in the world can wake up early. Let's take your example as you said people who wake up in the morning for doing exercise.tThey have motivation for themselves, They want to stay fit and healthy which motivate them to wake up in the morning.
