    Smile How to be Happy in Your Personal and Professional Life?

    Happiness is not a simple goal,but is about making progress,when it's as elusive as ever.Being Happy often means continually finding satisfaction,contentment,a feeling of joy,and a sense that your life is meaningful all kinds of problems, that does not depend upon finding ease or comfort.
    Nobody is jolly or elated all the time,but some individuals are definitely more fulfilled/fortunate than others.Some studies reveal that happiness has little to do with comfort or possessions ,So what is it about? A sense of well being/happiness is good for health.
    So what can we do to have that?


    Here are some ways to be happy.


    1.Own yourself
    2.Set meaningful goals for yourself
    3.Choose extra activities that make you feel better
    4.Focus on people,positive relationships,not on things.
    5.Push yourself out of your comfort zone
    6.smile
    7.Follow your intuition
    8.Treat your body like it deserves to be happy.

    Do you have any more suggestions to be happy?
    Control our mindset and learn to adopt negative people. If a person humiliates or disrespects us we shouldn't cry and show our weakness! If we start arguing or doing the same then it us who would loose our respect and there would be no difference between us and them. Trying to adopt these types of people will make our life less stressful and happy I believe!

    Its been a long time has created this post, Today I can proudly say that I have learnt to avoid unwanted arguments and negative people in my personal and professional life. Also, I started to own myself, setting meaningful goals for my life, focusing on positivity and most importantly daily pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I really feel happy about my progress
