Try to Start this habit on Monday So You can keep it throughout the week. If you can follow a habit for one week then you can easily get adapt to it. Monday is the first day of the week so If we start any new habit on Monday automatically we try to follow it in the upcoming days as well. Give it a try, It will help you.
