    How we can rid of cholesterol bp?

    Hi here,

    In this period, people are undergoing cholesterol diseases without age different. The main reason is our habits. So I 'll put the reasons I know here!
    1. A lot of interest in non- vegetarian
    food.
    2.Eat less of vegetables.
    3.use non standard oil types for food.

    So guys ,I want to ask from you is,what are the ways to get of this diseases?

    Regular exercise, healthy diet, less intake of sodium in the diet, limiting alcohol consumption and reducing stress help us to keep our cholesterol level in control.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Being a vegetarian is not enough to reduce your cholesterol, so eat healthy foods with low cholesterol. For example Oats, Beans, Nuts like that.

    I agree with you Assassin, Being vegetarian is not enough because I have seen many vegetarians have a high level of cholesterol.maintaining an oil-free health diet is important to maintain our cholesterol level.
