You have mentioned almost all the things. I would like to add Yoga. Practicing yoga will give mental, physical and spiritual enhancements. Yoga is a must for all the age groups.
Yeah I too heard that Yoga is very good for our mental and Physical health, Also heard that it will completely cure disease like Asthma.
