    Does Fast Food Make Us Unhealthy ?

    With our busy life we all become a fast food generation.
    Convenience and limited time to exercise and prepare meals or dislike of food preparation and cooking Makes us to prefer fast food and already prepared food but unfortunately,they are often high in fat,sugar and calories which lead to so many health problems in our body.
    such as



    1. Headache
    2. Depression
    3. Acne
    4. Dental distress
    5. Heart disease or Stroke
    6. Shortness of breath
    7. High cholesterol
    8. High blood pressure
    9. Weight gain
    10. Blood sugar spike
    11. Extra calories


    We are making our body sick with our fast food addiction.This is high time to change our food habit.


    How to change our food habit?




    Guys, Do you have any other tips to overcome fast food addiction ?

    If you eat the meals properly then there will be no space to eat fast foods a lot simple ... Wake up early have a proper breakfast, don't skip your lunch. Take time to eat properly. Eat healthy, more fruits will help you to over come this.

    That video was really interesting and I think fast food is really bad as you have said and I think it is always better not to skip breakfast and always go with green food in the mornings this would be really helpful
