Are most of the Sri Lankans narrow minded?

Are people ready to accept an outsider? How do they see a new person?

    Hi Subasan,

For your first question, Yeah we Sri Lankans ready to accept outsiders, Most of us love to learn their culture and traditions, Many tourists love Sri Lankan people's warm and friendly nature as we take hospitality very seriously. We always wholeheartedly welcome new persons and make them as part of our society.

Thanks for your reply. I've experienced the same elsewhere until I say I'm from an another country but when I say I'm a Sri Lankan and my parents are from a certain place - I can feel a slight discomfort in the air. If people can give such warmth to other races why not to their same? #justathought

The thought comes to my mind when I talked with some people, It's really sad, But we can't change some people mindset. It's better to ignore those people.
