    How to control angry?

    angry is a bad practice in humans. Especially young people are very much angry. We can not achieve anything because we are angry. It is good for us as much as we can control it. How to control this wrong habit Share your ideas here.

    I'll give some ideas for you.

    01. If possible, move yourself away from the heated situation.
    02. Drink cool water
    03. Listen your favorite music
    04. Watch funny video
    05. Do the meditation like yoga
    06. Deep, slow breathing it's really help to calm the body
    07. Think positive manner

    First get yourself away from the situation the situation that cause you anger, drink plenty of water if you can take a small walkwhile listening your favorite playlist. when you calm down approach the problem with positive mindset and attitude.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Really nice tips Sareena, do you know how to do meditation, I tried to do meditation many time but I could focus continuously. Can you please give me some tips?
