Team management is one of the leadership attitudes. If you want to become a good leader definitely you have work with your team. Because when you work with your team at the time you can understand your team members skills or knowledge. And sometimes you can't finish a work by yourself, at that time you expect help from others. So if you mingle with your team closely and manage them effectively then you can get any help from them. Teamwork is an important attitude and each and everyone follow this kind of habits.
