When I searched for weight loss tips on online,I have found that our morning routine play an important role in our weight loss journey. If your working on your weight loss, here are the seven morning habits that will help you to fasten your weight loss process.


1. After you wake up drink two glass of water in the morning
2. Eat high-protein breakfast (never skip your breakfast)
3. Get some morning Sunlight
4. Do exercise in the morning
5. Don't read any news article in the morning instead read some motivational article
6.Have a big breakfast so that you can have less in your lunch and dinner follow the method : big breakfast,moderate lunch and light dinner.
7. spend some time to do meditation
