Loneliness is a feeling that we experience when we are fed up with our life and think like there is no one in this world at that time we want to live our life alone.But we have to realize that it's a temporary feeling and when things get better in our life we want to socialize and live a happy life with our loved ones. So don't give so much attention to your lonely feeling just let it flow through,when you overcome that feel you automatically become normal.just train yourself to live in the present moment.
