    What are good habits that improve our health?

    Hello there!


    Everyone has different habits in their life, but some good habits are important for our health. So can someone share to me, what are good habits we need to follow for our health improvement?

    I wake up early morning at 4.30. Its good time for reading and exercise. Everyday I keep my body and dress very clean and neat.

    Here I share some of the tips for good habits that improve our health.
    Sleep between seven and eight hours.
    Spend more time in outside with nature.
    Stop drinking soda.
    Drink more water
    Make healthy food
    Exercise regularly
    Stay active

    They are really good tips, Nowadays I too reduce the consumption of soda and other artificial drinks.

    wake up early morning , doing workout in the morning and properly finish my eating habits.its make as a health person .
