I like to change my angry future because I get angry very easily with everyone and it gets into big problems so I like to change that.
If you get angry with everyone for minor issues then that should be changed. Angry not only hurt others it hurts you as well. So it's good to control your anger.To control your anger you can do some tricks like count to 10 or going for a short walk.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
